RETURN POLICY
Our goal is your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email first.

Useful tip:

1. For your convenience, we recommend returning packages using a USPS flat rate with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not issue you a credit line without proof of collection and delivery. You are responsible for shipping costs for returned items and shipping costs must be paid in advance.

2. Returned items must be unpacked and unwashed, unpolished and neat (no makeup, deodorant or worn out), including gifts and product packaging. Defective products must be reported by e-mail within 14 days of receipt. If you do not report it, we will not grant you a loan. If you believe you have not received the correct product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Email reporting:service@variech.com.

3. Customers will be charged for shipping (including returning goods) no more than once; The consumer is not charged a restocking fee for returning the product. If the return is due to the buyer's problem. We do not offer return labels. Orders rejected by the customer on delivery or returned due to a "Delivery Failed" address are subject to a restocking fee. Unauthorized refusal after delivery is not allowed and the cost of unauthorized refusal/return is borne by the buyer.

Come back:

1. If the return is due to our problems (for example: wrong products, product quality problem), we will provide you with a full refund;

2. If the return is due to buyer issues (for example: don't like/don't want it, order the wrong item/size), we will remove $20 from the return as shipping and packaging costs will be lost and you must contact us for a refund money from the date of receipt to one month.

3. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when a return is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be refunded. will be automatically processed and credited to your card. or using the original payment method within a certain number of days. If you are no longer using the original card, please contact us in advance.

4. If you have any problems with your order/products/payment, please contact us first. If you return the items without contacting us or if there is no reason to object, we will not refund or file a claim as per the policy.

Cancellation and Exchange:

You can cancel your order/item within 2 hours by sending an email to our customer service ( service@variech.com). More than 2 hours, we can't be sure if it will work.

There is a $5 fee for changing your order before shipping; We cannot modify/cancel an order once it has been dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped and you want to change it to the same item, please email us at service@variech.com for refund information.

Right of return reserved:

We reserve the right to determine and limit, refuse and/or exclusively reject customer returns at any time due to:

1. History of irregular or excessive returns;

2. Irregular or excessive returns of used, altered, washed, damaged or missing items; obsession

3. Potential fraud or crime.

Incorrect products delivered to us will be rejected upon receipt.

Excessive returns: Our customer protection team also deals with situations where a customer's return history may indicate fraudulent activity. In such cases, the Customer Protection team will contact you to discuss the situation and work with you. to resolve a problem or decide whether we should refuse to offer the service in the future. While we never want to turn away a customer, we must ensure the safety, well-being and comfort of all customers around the world.
